Istedgade is an overlooked street when you are going on your shopping spree. There are many cool and fine shops and all the shops has two thing in common: quality and service. I will give a guide to my 4 of my favorite shops in Istedgade, where you can find brands you may never have heard of.

Englekyts is the basic shop on Istedgade. With their fine products in neutral colors, you're sure to find something! They put emphasis on basic wear, which is easy to spice up, service and not least, quality.

The owner of Englekyts, Tina Stampe, is serving you in person and comes up with good ideas for what you might like and how you can use the item.

You will be greeted warmly when you walk into the small shop, where you can find accessorize, clothes and shoes, and even children's clothing sold.

The prices in Engleskyts is not expensive and not cheap. In contrast, the clothes is made with high quality to an affordable price.

The store houses brands such as Nué Noten, Helena Rohner, Soft Gallery, Hope, Inwear, Yvonne Koné, Sys Bjarnhof, Repetto and many many more. It's definitely worth going down and take a look.

Emma Lu is the feminine boutique with a raw touch and sharp edges. There's focus on details and quality with alot of exciting designers among the items. When you walk into Emma Lu, you feel that you are in a very exclusive store, with nice decor. The shop is cozy, small and fine, but you are always sure to find at least one thing that you fall in love with.

The clothes are a mixture of basic wear and fine things for the party or family dinner. Neutral color combined with the very sharp is making Emma Lu to a shop for many different styles, and especially for those with the combination of raw and femnine. Accessorize I would also venture to say, is one of Emma Lu's strengths. I love Emma Lu and the store universe and atmospheres. It is something very special.

Kyoto is one of the Vesterbroians favorite stores when they do not want to ride into the inner City. The shop houses namely brands like Acne, Ganni and Gestuz, WOOD WOOD and Won Hundred. It is accessorize, shoes and clothes that are in focus.

When you enter in Kyoto you will enter a very relaxed, bright and large room where the decoration of the large table is perfect. The clothes are sharp and pressice and is hung up in brand order.

You can find sweaters in good quality and fun fabrics and sneakers and high-heels putted up on 2 shelves, straight and accurately. You will find lollipops and other goodies on the disctable and you can see the coffee maker for the staff and customers.

The shop is top notch and the prices down in the middle class.
